I have ran from the way I look now for years and have posted "Early" pics of myself. This was taken today and its my avatar! I used to lie and say that I am 28, well I am 33 and looking at life a diffrent way! I am not hiding anymore!

33's a good age. I'm 33. Reminiscing on my
formative years (during the 80s), I couldn't
ask for a better age. I actually think it's
the perfect age to reflect upon the last two
decades of musical evolution. The 80s are,
retrospectively, everywhere. But at 33, one
is still young enough to pooh-pooh the current
obsession with the 80s whilst equally appreciating
its influence. It's also nice to know that
one is still young enough to appreciate the
fact, that, the majority of the bands discussed
here are, at the least, 12-years-older than
oneself.

The original Pretty Boy Floyd, Bang Gang,
Motley Crue, Big Bang Babies, et alii, line-ups
are now in their early-to-mid forties. What a
bunch of pensioners, eh?

To me the older I got the more I appreciated other styles of music. Sure I can still rock out to Pretty Boy Floyd...then the next minute listening to some The Impressions..and then putting on some Culture Club or DAvid Sylvian.

Trust me GD, your new avatar and picture is WORLDS better than the old ones! Heck man, I'm 34, and I think I look every day that age! LOL!!! But nah, your old avatars were obviously old pictures. No need to be ashamed of who you are or how old you are. Be proud of your age, not everybody gets to the age we are.

<font size="3" face="Arial">Just talking to me neighbor last night. Her Mom was involved in an accident, kid of 20 slammed into her car while he was on a motorcycle. He was traveling pretty fast, and is dead now.

It took me 20 minutes to drive through town two nights ago. The drive usually takes 2 minutes. There was an accident and traffic had to be re-routed, due to the bodies.

Shall we ask around about people who die under the age of 33 or 34, or 80? All I am saying is that your age is never anything to be ashamed of. It's life, be glad you have it.
